Queen of Katwe, a Disney movie I worked on as an assistant editor for much of the past year, debuted this weekend in U.S. theaters. It's a live action film based on the true story of Phiona Mutesi, a Ugandan girl who rose from the slums of Kampala to become the national chess champion. The film has received rave reviews and is fun, heartwarming, and truly special.

My Brother Is A Zombie will screen this Saturday, June 11, at 4:30 PM at the TCL Theatres in Hollywood in the Dances With Kidz section of Dances With Films.

Ensemble feature film Here One Minute is now available for pre-order on iTunes. It will be officially released by Gravitas Ventures on June 10.

My Brother Is A Zombie will screen at IFFBoston as part of the SHORTS G = GOLF: NARRATIVE short film block on Thursday, April 28 at 9:30pm and Sunday, May 1 at 5:45pm at the Somerville Theatre.
